Ziva Ofek, Attorney

Adv. Ziva Ofek joined the offices of Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. in 2009.

She is the office’s leading attorney in Civil Wrong (Tort) cases, in general, and personal injury cases in particular, in maximizing the utilization of individuals’ National Insurance rights, and in Family Law cases.

Adv. Ofek is highly experienced in large tort cases in complex matters that require legal expert opinions in the medical, alternative-medical and rehabilitation fields, and more.

She also handles insurance incidents in a wide variety of areas on an ongoing basis.

In the area of Family Law, Adv. Ofek has particular expertise in drafting different types of family law agreements, including agreements for same-sex families, common law partners, parental agreements, and custody and visitation rights agreements.
