Adv. Yishai Liberman joined the offices of Woolfson, Weinstein &Co. in 2002.

His practice areas include Commercial Law, Israeli Execution Office Law, Land law, and Litigation in all areas of his expertise.

In Real Estate Law, Adv. Liberman focuses on the purchase and sale of real estate properties. He represents and advises clients on tenders and complex real estate projects from the phase of negotiations to the phase of planning and building, and including the sale and registration of rights for the company and the purchasers. He also drafts agreements, including purchase and sales agreements and rental agreements, and conducts negotiations.

In addition, he advises clients on commercial transactions and agreements, investment and finance transactions, from the phase of negotiations and legal risk assessment to drafting and executing agreements.
