Yeshurun Ram-Cohen, Attorney

Adv. Yeshurun Ram-Cohen began working in the offices of Woolfson Weinstein & Co. in 2013after his internship at E.S. Shimron, I. Molho, Persky & Co.

Adv. Ram-Cohen is a graduate of the joint program of the Faculty of Law and the Department of Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

He advises and represents clients of the office primarily in the fields of Commercial Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Bankruptcy and Insolvency.

In the area of Labor and Employment Law, Adv. Ram-Cohen counsels employers and employees on a variety of issues, with an emphasis on drafting labor and employment agreements, development agreements, entrepreneurial projects, women’s employment, confidentiality and non-competition. In this context, legal updates are emphasized as well as Israeli and international regulatory requirements, including within the context of the work of clients of the office in the European Union and in third world countries. In addition, he represents clients in proceedings before the Ministry of Economy and other regulatory bodies.

Adv. Ram-Cohen advises clients on measures for preventing Insolvency and on advance preparation ahead of insolvency proceedings, as well as attending to the various proceedings involved until a composition with creditors is reached or a discharge is obtained.

Adv. Ram-Cohen handles Litigation in all the above-mentioned areas.
