Adv. Lev Miller joined the offices of Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. in 2020 and specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Employment Law.
Having spent over a decade abroad in the United States representing companies in a variety of industries including product development and manufacturing, grocery, real estate construction and management, online commerce, and sports, Adv. Miller’s clients benefit from his wealth of business acumen. As a result of his corporate experience, Adv. Miller’s understanding of legal issues are enhanced and expanded through an integrated understanding of law, finance, and management.
Licensed both in Israel and in the United States, Adv. Miller provides legal counsel on commercial transactions, investment and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions, as well as representing foreign entities in Israel and abroad.
As part of his practice, Adv. Miller provides ongoing legal advice, drafts agreements and other legal documentation, and represents his clients in negotiations and before governmental authorities.
