Adv. Erez Ben-David joined the office of Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. in 2006.

Adv. Ben-David practices in the areas of Commercial Law and Corporation Law, with emphasis on voluntary associations and non-profit organizations. Adv. Ben-David further specializes in the purchase and sale of real estate properties and consults on complex real estate development projects as well as providing litigation services in all areas of his expertise.

The office of Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. serves as permanent legal counsel for a government corporate entity, and the firm’s representative for this position is Adv. Ben-David. In this context, he is highly involved in the Laws Of Government Tenders, Contracts and Public Administrative Law, in addition to providing ongoing legal counsel required for the government corporate entity.

In addition, Adv. Ben-David handles commercial transactions and agreements, investment and finance transactions, and mergers, from negotiations and legal risk assessment to the stage of drafting agreements and ensuring their execution in accordance with the requirements of the law and regulations. He also represents and advises clients on an ongoing basis. This includes providing assistance with determining employment procedures organizing and supervising board of directors meetings, audit boards, finance committees, and administration.

Adv. Ben-David also specializes in representing private individual clients, companies and businesses vis-à-vis all departments of the Tax Authorities, and participates in a unique office project representing employers vis-à-vis the Tax Authority on tax refunds for employers resulting from computer system errors of the Tax Authority.
