Meir Molad, Partner

Attorney Meir Molad began working at Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. in 2011.

Meir acts as a consultant to Construction Societies in major projects, and to purchasing groups, contractors, entrepreneurs, businessmen and private individual clients, in real estate projects and disputes, while advancing real estate transactions, commercial transactions, land taxation and regulation.
Meir represents residents in urban renewal processes, claims for the dismantling of partnerships, combination transactions, sales and more.

Furthermore, Meir represents various real estate deals connected with dedications located in Jerusalem, and represents clients in the Rabbinical Court, the Great Rabbinical Court of Appeal and also in the State Court.

In the field of insolvency, Meir assists the firm’s clients, on a routine basis, as required, and especially in where matters of real estate are connected to the recovery or liquidation of a company.

In addition, Meir serves as Compliance officer and is in charge of security and regulation, for businesses and exporters as part of the provisions of Deca (Defense Exports Control Agency) and the OECD, and regularly represents and counsels the firm’s clients, including assistance in setting work procedures, meetings of boards of directors, audit committees, finance committees and the body’s management, correspondence with, and reporting to, authorities in accordance with the legal and regulatory demands.
