Adv. Rabbi Eliyahu Schwartz joined the offices of Woolfson, Weinstein & Co. in 2004 as an articling student and stayed on following his licensing as an attorney in 2005.
Adv. Schwartz specializes in Family Law, Real Estate and Land Law and land development.
Adv. Schwartz also specializes in the purchase and sale of real estate properties, and provides legal counsel on complex real estate projects. He represents and advises clients from the phase of negotiations to the phase of planning and building, and including the sale and registration of rights for the company and the purchasers. He also drafts agreements, including purchase and sales agreements, rental agreements, and conducts negotiations.
In the field of Family Law, in addition to his legal expertise, Adv. Schwartz is highly knowledgeable in Jewish Law, which provides him with particular expertise and the unique ability to represent clients before the various courts and tribunals in this field, in both Civil Court and Rabbinical Court.
